The location is fantastic with convenient bus routes to explore the city, plus free parking. The room had an electric kettle and cookware/ kitchen utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi may have been unavailable but despite that, the stay was enjoyable. Additionally, there was a no smoking policy on site, which was appreciated.

Came in Leicester to explore new places, this apartment was excellent place for making it happen. We loved the time spent here.

My recent stay in Leicester for a wedding ceremony exceeded my expectations. Mountcastle House provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their attention to detail and friendly staff made the occasion truly memorable.

The room I booked turned out to be a single instead of the deluxe double I had expected. The walls were covered in mold, and the mattress had unsightly stains. The kitchen was in a filthy state, with overflowing bins and dirty surfaces. Furthermore, there was no lock on the shower door, and the window in my room was broken. I had to clean the room myself before I could even sleep in it. Despite these issues, the location of the hotel was convenient. I cannot recommend staying at Mountcastle House due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance.
